It is being reported by US weekly that Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have indeed called it quits. After the three year rocky relationship it was Justin ended the relationship over the phone about a month ago. A friend of Justin’s says that he was “on the hunt” for other women when he attended fashion week for his clothing line William Rast. He apparently dirty danced with a blonde at a Manhattan club and was also seen in June by Lindsay Lohan making out with a girl in New York City. The couple had been having problems long before the cheating accusations began. Sources are saying that Biel is in “severe denial and won’t accept” the split. They have also said that they don’t know if the couple will stay slip up because their relationship is so “hot and cold.”

Lauren Conrad’s bestselling book “L.A. Candy” will be made into a movie. Temple Hill Entertainment who is also responsible for the “Twilight” movies has recently bought the screen rights. Lauren will executive produce for the movie. The movie should be a real hit considering that the book has been on the New York Time’s Best Seller list for 14 weeks. The book is similar to Conrad’s life in that it finds a 19 year old girl who becomes famous very fast after being cast for a reality show in Hollywood. Marty Bowen at Temple Hill said “Her book is an honest portrayal of what it must be like to set out to be normal, then sign on to become famous and eventually realize, wow, this isn’t at all what I’d planned for myself.”

The death of DJ AM has been ruled as an accidental overdose by the Medical Examiner’s office. He was found dead in his New York apartment August 28 with numerous drugs in his system that included cocaine, Levamisole (a drug commonly used to cut cocaine), oxycodone (the active ingredient in OxyContin), hydrocodone (a powerful pain reliever), and Ativan, Klonapin and Xanax, all anti-anxiety drugs. DJ AM had started taking anti-anxiety drugs as a result of his fear of flying following the plane crash that he and friend Travis Barker survived.

TLC announced Tuesday morning that Jon will be dropped from the show Jon & Kate Plus 8. Starting on November 2 we will no longer be seeing Jon on the series. The show will now also be renamed to Kate Plus 8. The reason they gave for dropping Jon was this

“Given Jon’s recent antics, there was no way the show could continue to portray him as a doting Dad, not while all this other crap was going on,” a source close to Jon Gosselin tells PEOPLE.

Recenlty Jon has been linked to a number of girls and isnt’ exactly coming off as the greatest guy considering he isn’t even officially divorced yet. I think the show should have ended after the announcement of the divorce. I believe the show will continue to lose vieweres even with this annnouncement.

Jamie Pressley of My Name Is Earl married entertainment lawyer Simran Singh over the weekend. The wedding took place in Malibu CA at the Dick Clark estate in front of family and friends. The property is described as having lush grounds and ocean views and is the same place Adam Sandler got married in 2003. It was just last November that Pressly split with her fiancé Eric Cubiche, whom is the father of her two year old son Dezi James. She wore an ivory silk Jenny Packham gown. The gown had more than 800,000 Swarovski crystals, glass beads and sequins.

Reality t.v. star Kim Kardashian and NFL New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush are reportedly back together. The two spit up back in late July after two years together, and there have also been reports of infidelities on both sides. After younger sister Khloe’s wedding on Sunday Kim flew out to see Reggie telling a source that “she missed him”. I am thinking we will get to see this on “Keeping Up With The Kardashians”. A source close to the couple says “They’re totally back together for real. Kim and Reggie spent a few months apart getting their priorities together and figuring out who they were as individuals so they can make it work together.”
Hope it will work out for them this time and maybe we will have another Kardashian wedding soon to follow.

Today reality tv star Khloe Kardashian and L.A. Laker’s play Lamar Odom were married after dating for one month. The wedding was held at a friend of the family’s music mogel Irving Azoff. Khloe walked down the aisle at 5:12 with step father Bruce Jenner. In the bridal party were Khloe’s sisters Kim, Kourtney, Kylie and Kendall. Also in the bridal party were Khadijah and Malika Haqq and actress Lauren London. Some of the guests that attended the wedding include Ryan Seacrest, Kelly Osborne, Kobe Bryant and his wife Vanessa, Chelsea Handler, Lara Spencer, Brittny Gastineau and Lala Vazquez. The flowers were all white and the centerpieces were white and lavendar flowers. Many are saying that the rush to the altar had to do with the buzz and the ratings on the Keeping Up With The Kardashians show in which the wedding will be shown. Congrats to them hope the marriage will work out. It is being reported that Lamar’s children did not attend the wedding.

Following the scuffle that took place between 2008 Playmate Of The Year Jayde Nicole and “Girls Gone Wild” founder  Joe Francis, Jayde has now filed a 1 million dollar lawsuit against him. In her suit it says

“In an intoxicated and uncontrollable rage, defendant Francis, who weighs over 200 lbs, physically attacked plaintiff Nicole, approximately 115 lbs, by pulling on her hair from behind to gain maximum control over her person and then violently shoving and/or throwing her to the ground of the nightclub like a rag-doll.”
Joe Francis had this to say when learning of the lawsuit

“Jayde Nicole is an absolute and total liar. Her prior statements about the incident are not only slanderous and defamatory, but actionable.

It is so interesting that Jayde Nicole would hire the same attorney (Ron Richards) who represented the double murderer who kidnapped me from my Bel Air mansion at gunpoint in 2004, for which he is now serving 11 years.

The only thing that Jayde Nicole is famous for is having a tattoo of the word “respect” above her vagina … for which we all know she has none of.”

Actress Sarah Michelle Gellar and actor husband Freddie Prinze Jr. have welcomed a baby girl. Her name is Charlotte Grace Prinze and she was born on September 19, 2009. This is the first child for the couple who met in 1997 on the set of “I Know What You Did Last Summer”. They dated for two years before marrying in 2002. A rep for the couple is saying that the family is “over the moon”. Congratulations to them! Freddig Prinze Jr. will be co-starring as agent Cole Ortiz in the upcoming season of “24″, and Sarah Michelle just recently filmed a pilot for HBO’s “The Wonderful Maladays.” Sarah Michelle Gellar also officially changed her last name to Prinze on the couple’s fifth anniversary.

Actress Ellen Pompeo 39, and music producer Chris Ivery 41 have just welcomed their first child together, a baby girl named Stella Luna Pompeo Ivery. Baby Stella was born September 15, 2009. They were somehow able to keep the birth out of the media for a full week before confirming. Ellen Pompeo whom is Meredith Gray on “Gray’s Anatomy” returns to the new season on September 24. Throughout the pregnancy Ellen had to deal with some rumors of an affair. Husband Chris Ivery was accused of having a sexual relationship with Rachel Artz. They supposedly went on romantic trips together while Ellen was home in L.A. A source on the inside said “‘Chris often took calls from Ellen in front of Rachel and talked about their baby-to-be.’ Otherwise, the insider adds, ‘He didn’t seem to like Ellen much when he talked about her. He made her seem like a diva.’” These rumors must have been so hard for her to deal with during her pregnancy, how sad hope they are not true. Congrats to couple on the addition to their family

David Hasselhoff has been hospitalized yet again for alcohol poisoning following a vodka bender. David who is a judge on “America’s Got Talent” had recently wrapped up filming and began drinking. Paramedics were called to his house in Encino California on Sunday, he was at home with his 17 year old daughter Hayley and his assistant at the time. Hasselhoff has supposedly been hospitalized more than five times for alcohol poisoning in the last few years. It is being reported that his daughter was crying heavily when she went to the hospital. David has now come out to say that it wasn’t alcohol at all and that he was hospitalized because side effects from a medicine he is taking for an ear infection. It kinda of sounds like an alcoholic in denial to me.

Khloe Kardashian from “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” and “Khloe And Kourtney Take Miami” hasn’t been dating boyfriend L.A. Lakers player Lamar Odom for very long. It has actually only been about a month and the two are reportedly already talking rings and marriage. Kim told PEOPLE
“They’re very, very happy. They’ve been together a few weeks, and are literally inseparable. Khloe thinks he’s amazing and makes her laugh and smile constantly.”
I don’t see any reason why these two need to rush to the altar, especially as a hollywood couple.

Katherine Heigl and husband Josh Kelly have released the first photos of their adopted baby Naleigh on Heigl’s fundraising site. Baby Naleigh was adopted from South Korea and she is also a special needs child. Her name is short for Nancy Leigh which is named after Katherine’s mother Nancy and her sister Margaret Leigh. Heigl had this to say about the adoption “She was actually born the day before me in November, which I thought was really serendipitous and just kind of like a sign”. Congratulations to them!

Jessica Simpson took to her twitter account to announce that her dog Daisy had been snatched up by a coyote right in front of her. She also wrote that the are still searching for Daisy and asked for help. I can’t imagine how awful this must have been for Jessica. One of her neighbors said that she heard screaming from Jessica’s house around 9 p.m. on Saturday. Jessica got Daisy from husband at the time Nick Lachey and is often seen carrying Daisy around through airports, basically taking Daisy everywhere she goes. So sad for Jess

Patrick Swayze best known for his roles in “Dirty Dancing” and “Ghost” has passed away at the age of 57. He died Monday September 14, 2009 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Swayze was diagnosed in March of 2008 with the deadly form of cancer but despite his diagnosis he continued working on “The Beast”. His publicist Annet Wolf released a statement saying “Patrick Swayze passed away peacefully today with family at his side after facing the challenges of his illness for the last 20 months.” Rest In Peace Patrick, so sad
