Brittany Murphy’s husband screenwriter Simon Monjack 39 was found dead late Sunday by his mother-in-law in the home he shared with the late actress. His cause of death is being investigated and no foul play is suspected. It may have been a heart attack and from natural causes. Coroner Ed Winter said “He was discovered by Brittany’s mom as being unresponsive” in the master bedroom of the Hollywood Hills home at about 9:40 p.m. Sunday.” An autopsy is planned for Tuesday. His wife Brittany died on December 20 after collapsing in the same home.

Football player Chad Ochocinco left Dancing With the Stars last night after only being one week short of the season 10 finale. When asked how he felt about his departure from the show Chad said “To go up against the kind competition we had and come this far, I’ve already won.” Chad who was teamed up with two time champion Cheryl Burke also said “We kind of knew we were going home tonight,” Burke conceded to PEOPLE. “Our scores were so much lower [than the others] so we felt it was going to happen.”
“That’s why I am at peace right now,” Ochocinco said. “We had a great night last night and that’s the way to end it. That’s the way to go out. It would have been nice if we could have danced like that every week.” Chad plans to stay in touch with the entire cast and next up he will be on VH1′s reality dating show called The Tournament in which he will try to find a girlfriend amongst 85 women.

John Travolta and wife Kelly Preston are expecting a baby! The couple have recently gone through the tragic loss of their son Jett are ready to announce the best news they have had in years. The couple said “It’s impossible to keep a secret … especially one as wonderful as this. We want to be the first to share this great news with everyone that we are expecting a new addition to our family.” The couple are also parents to daughter Ella Bleu, 10. Congrats to them!

Audrina Patridge of The Hills and boyfriend musician Ryan Cabrera have ended their relationship. Sources close to the couple say that she ended it about a week ago because of his partying ways. The couple have had their ups and downs which have been chronicled on this season of The Hills. Cabrera was seen out Tuesday night at Trousdale in L.A. with some friends and a brunette look alike of Audrina. I wonder if this will play out on the show? The couple had been together since January.

Recent rumors that Bachelor Jake Pavelka and the woman he chose Vienna Girardi are breaking up is simply not true according to sources close to the couple. The rumor was that the two had split after being in the spotlight when Jake was on Dancing With the Stars. Jake’s brother Jason and his friend Rachel Todd have come to the couple’s defense by saying “There’s nothing to the rumor that they’re breaking up,” Jason told RadarOnline.com. “I think Vienna is great. My wife and I went and stayed with them for four days and went to Dancing With The Stars. “After spending some time with her, we really like Vienna. She’s a good girl.” The couple are still living together.

Barbara Walters, 80 from The View had heart surgery on Monday to have one of her heart valves replaced. Walters announced on The View that she would be having the surgery saying “You know how I always say to you how healthy I am. … Never missed a day’s work. Later this week, I’m going to have surgery to replace one faulty heart valve. Now lots of people have done this and I have known about this condition for a while now.” She is planning to return to The View in September. A rep for Walters said “surgery went well and the doctors are very pleased with the outcome. Miss Walters is recovering as expected.”

On Thursday Heidi Montag from “The Hills” called the cops on her own mother. Heidi’s mom, Darlene Egelhoff revealed in an US magazine interview that Heidi is not speaking to her and that she did not hear from her on Mother’s Day. Heidi says “My mom showed up unannounced to my house when she knows I have no interest in seeing or talking with her,” Montag, 23, tells PEOPLE. “She tore my heart out on national television. She is just trying to create drama in my life.” This is referring to an earlier “Hills” episode in which Heidi returns to Colorado to see her mom for the first time since she had undergone 10 plastic surgeries. Her moms reaction drove her to tears and she hasn’t wanted to speak to her since. In a statement to PEOPLE Heidi also said “I made it very clear that I want nothing to do with her in my life right now.” I’m sick to my stomach she would even do something like this. She needs to stay away from me. I’m planning on getting a restraining order against her.” Many believe that Heidi is being brainwashed by her husband Spencer who is trying to drive a wedge between her and her family.

Former Bachelorette star Jen Schefft is happy to announce that she is expecting her first baby! Her and husband Joe Waterman announced they are expecting their baby in November and are both “so excited.” Schefft rose to fame after appearing on The Bachelor in 2003 and winning the heart of Andrew Firestone. The couple split just days after the wedding of Bachelorette Trista Rehn and Ryan Sutter after a 10 month engagement. Schefft then went on to star as The Bachelorette two years later in which she chose no one at the end. She met husband Waterman, a trader, on a blind date in 2008 and the couple married last May. Congrats to them!

On Monday, Tiger Woods’ long time swing coach resigned after they had worked together for the last six years. Haney no longer felt that he could work with Woods because he has “no regard for a person like that.” In Haney’s official statement he said that he had great times worker for the golfer but didn’t state the reason for the resignation. A source close to the situation though said that “Hank is a very proper person. He is a good and moral man and very private. He’s been horrified by the revelations that have come out regarding Tiger and his behavior and quite frankly says he has no regard for a person that acts like that.”

Brett Michael’s has left the hospital where he was receiving care after suffering from a brain hemorrhage. His doctor says “Mr. Michaels was indeed a lucky person, a very lucky person,” Dr. Joseph Zabramski explained at a press conference, PEOPLE reports. Michaels is “still very sick right now,” but he has left the hospital. “He’s improving and I expect him to continue to improve. I really expect that he will fortunately make a 100 percent recovery. He’s just one of those lucky people — 10 to 20 percent who make a complete recovery and can resume all of their normal activities,” Zabramski added. Michaels suffered from the brain hemorrhage on April 21 and described it as “sounded like a handgun. Like, it literally popped.” In his recent interview with PEOPLE he said “I said in these exact words, ‘Am I dying? If I’m dying, I want to see my kids, but if I have a chance, I don’t want them to see me in this condition.” Brett is still undergoing physical therapy and the full interview with him will be published on May 7th in People magazine.

David Boreanaz who you may have watched on Fox’s Bones has shocked everyone by admitting he had an affair and it is being reported that the first person he told is his wife’s mother. He wanted to tell her and apologize to her personally before going public. “He’s been honest with us. He admitted that he got into a bad spot, that he was in a dark place and made a huge, huge, huge mistake,” Sue told RadarOnline.com. “He was very remorseful, and to me, that’s all I needed was to see remorse.” The woman that Boreanaz had the affair with has been trying to extort money from him for her to remain silent about the relationship. Boreanaz is described as being in “sincere pain” after admitting to cheating of wife Jaime Bergman. This is not the first time Boreanaz has cheated on his wife, he was also linked to Rachel Uchitel who was one of Tiger Wood’s mistresses.

Chely Wright who is a 39 year old country music singer has just come out of the closet. She explains in her new autobiography Like Me: Confessions of a Heartland Country Singer that she has known for a very long time and has been hiding her sexuality, so much so that it even brought her to the brink of suicide. She came under intense pressure when John Rich from country music duo Big and Rich asked her if she was gay. He said point blank ‘You’re not gay. If you are, people won’t have it. It’s sick, it’s deviant, it’s unacceptable to country-music fans.’ And he said, ‘You’re not, are you?’ At that point she lied and realized that she had gone from just not speaking about it to a liar. Of her recent revelations she says “a huge weight has been lifted. “It feels incredible.”

Last night Pamela Anderson received the lowest number of votes which sent her home. Her costars on the show were very sad to see her go and she got many warm embraces from them as they praised her for being a wonderful contestant and friend. One thing Pamela did have to say about leaving the show is that “I can’t eat whatever I want anymore!”, referring to her training for the show. She also had to say “I’m going to stay in touch with everybody!” she said, adding that she’ll also miss “the challenge of learning a new dance every week! I liked that challenge, I love working really hard at something, so I’ll miss that. I will miss rehearsals; I’ll miss it all!”

The Jersey Shore girls have been keeping their distance from the guys this season but that didn’t stop them from getting into another Jersey Shore brawl. Remember on season 1 when Snooki slapped a school teacher and got clocked in return. Snooki and J-WOWW were at a Miami Club in the VIP section when another patron wanted the join them who Snooki didn’t take a liking to. “Snooki just started swinging at the girl and then grabbed her neck,” said a club witness. “Snooki just kept calling her a wh–e. This blonde girl kept trying to get in and Snooki got really mad,” the onlooker said. “That’s when the fight broke out and Jenni jumped in and took the girl down.” Just another day for the wild Jersey Shore cast.

Last night was the season finale of VH1′s “Price of Beauty” starring Jessica Simpson while she travels around the world with friends Cacee Cobb and Ken Paves to discover different cultures beauty regimens and what they consider beautiful. After traveling to seven different countries and discussing the lengths women will go to be beautiful such as plastic surgery, dangerous diets, skin treatments and altering their bodies the finale wraps up in Los Angeles. Jessica, Cacee, and Ken visit an L.A. high school and talk to teens about the pressures they feel and the main thing affecting their self esteem is a need to be thin.

At the end of the show Jessica announced a new initiative called “Beautiful Me.” She describes it as a way to “help youth believe in themselves and use their personal strength to change the world.” Thanks to Jessica Simpson and VH1 we were able to see beauty in different cultures forming a new perspective that no matter where you live beauty really does come from within.
