Joran van der Sloot
Joran van der Sloot who was linked but never charged in the disappearance of Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway who disappeared in Aruba, has confessed to the murder of a woman named Stephany Flores. The Dutchman made the confession during an interrogation in which he said “I did not want to do it. The girl intruded into my private life… she didn’t have any right. I went to her and I hit her. She was scared, we argued and she tried to escape. I grabbed her by the neck and hit her.” The Republica newspaper also reported that he broke her neck after she was looking through his laptop and learned about his involvement in the 2005 disappearance of Natalee Holloway. Joran and Stephany had been seen together on a video camera earlier in the night and also spotted by a hotel employee. Her body was found stabbed and wrapped in a blanket in the room checked out under Joran’s name.
