Lindsay Lohan was booked into jail on Tuesday to begin serving her 90 day sentence. Due to overcrowding in the jails it is likely that Lohan will only serve about 14 days. She is in Lynwood California’s Century Regional Detention Center, released inmate Tiffany Hawes saw Lindsay and spoke to RadarOnline telling them that “Lindsay was crying when she came in. She was handcuffed, but seemed calm. We all started saying ‘God bless you Lindsay,’ and saying ‘Hi’ to her and then she smiled at us.” For dinner that night Lindsay was served an un-Spago-like combo of turkey tetrazzini, apple sauce, broccoli and coleslaw. When Lindsay got to the facility they had a lock down for 60 minutes in which she was given a strip search and a body cavity search.

Lindsay Lohan went to court today in Beverly Hills where Judge Revel sentenced the actress to 90 days in jail and 90 days in an inpatient rehabilitation center. After Lohan heard the sentence she began crying and was then given the chance to plead with the judge for understanding. Judge Revel went on to tell of her history of lies. Lohan had been treading on thin ice since October and had been warned. She later went on to do a no show to a mandatory progress review hearing in May, claiming her passport was stolen while at the Cannes Film Festival. She was fitted with a SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet as a result and has been subject to random drug testing, two weeks after getting the SCRAM bracelet it was set off leading to her third arrest warrant. Although she was sentenced to 90 days in jail it is likely that she will only have to serve about a fraction of that time because of the severe overcrowding in the jails where non violent offenders are usually released early. After Lindsay serves her time in jail and in rehab she will still be on probation and be forbidden from drinking alcohol until August of 2011.

Brian Austin Green of Beverly Hills 90210 and Megan Fox Transformers wed in a super secret private ceremony at the Big Island of Hawaii at The Four Seasons Hotel. Fox 24, and Green 36 met in 2004 then got engaged in 2006 but called the engagement off in February of 2009. The called off engagement at the time was a mutual decision, but it looks like they got it right this time and the duo is officially husband and wife. They were snapped in photographs enjoying their honeymoon in Hawaii with showing off their new rings. This is the first marriage for both of them, though Green does have an eight year old son with Vanessa Marcil. Congrats to the happy couple!

After reports of infidelity by Jesse James, him and Sandra Bullock filed papers last week in Texas to finalize their divorce. The couple was married for nearly five years. The reason for the divorce in the paperwork was cited as “discord or conflict of personalities.” Before the revelations of the infidelity the couple had adopted a baby boy named Louis, but now with the divorce it paves the way for Sandra to be able to adopt the child as a single parent.

On Friday June 25th, Farrah Fawcett’s family gathered together as it marked the first anniversary of her death. Farrah’s family and longtime friend Alana Stewart used the anniversary to dedicated a cancer research organization in her named called the Farrah Fawcett Foundation. Some of the other guest included Ryan O’Neal, Tatum O’Neal, and Redmond O’Neal. Redmond is her son who was able to get a day pass from sober living where he is currently undergoing drug rehab treatment. The 25 year old Redmond said “I saw my mom’s gravesite for the first time today,” and “I miss my mother so much. I’m glad she’s not suffering anymore. I know she’s looking down on us.” Her longtime friend Alana Stewart said “If I can help carry on Farrah’s mission for the foundation, it’s an honor for me. I feel almost like she’s a guardian angel watching over me, and I feel like she’s smiling down on us and very happy that she died for a cause. She felt that she could help a lot of people and she could give a lot of people inspiration, courage and hope. That’s why she did the documentary and that’s why she started the foundation.”

Hayden Christensen 29, of Star Wars and Rachel Bilson 28, from The O.C. met on the set of Jumper in 2007 and became engaged in 2009. Bilson was spotted last week without her engagement ring and InTouch is reporting that it was Christensen who pulled the plug on the engagement. A source told the magazine that “they had been going through a rough patch for months and hadn’t spent any time together.” Rachel had gone to Canada to spend time with him during the Olympics in February but it just wasn’t enough. Apparently Hayden was losing interest last summer when Rachel was busy planning the wedding with his mother Alie. The source also said that “Rachel was very insecure about Hayden, and she wants to be with him all the time. That is just not the kind of boyfriend he is.” The couple were approaching their 3 year anniversary.

Mena Suvari 31, of American Beauty married Simone Sestito 25, a music producer/concert promoter in a private church within the walls of Vatican City Radar Online is reporting. The couple got engaged in 2008 while they were vacationing in Jamaica. They met in 2007 at the Toronto Film Festival and chose to have their wedding in Rome because most of Sestito’s family lives in the city. This is the second marriage for Suvari who divorced husband of 5 years cinematographer Robert Brinkmann. The next movie we will see Mena is ironically called You May Not Kiss The Bride.

Three years ago actress Lyndsay Lohan was involved in a car chase in Santa Monica and now Radar Online is reporting that Judge Richard Fox is ordering Lohan to answer questions as to whether or not she used cocaine the night she was arrested. The lawsuit was brought about by the people who were in the car with her that night. Lohan has hired high powered attorney Edwin McPherson who argued that she should not be forced to answer the questions based on her Fifth Amendment rights, but the judge didn’t see it that way.

Sandra Bullock made a surprise appearance last night at Spike TV’s 4th Annual Guys Choice Awards, it was her first public appearance since the revelations of her husband Jesse James’ cheating scandal. People attending said she looked great and she got up an accepted the award for the Troops Choice Entertainer of the Year. When she spoke she indirectly addressed her husband’s cheating scandal and joked by saying “Did I win this for being Entertainer of the Year or did I win this because of the spectacular IED explosion that became my personal life?”

Kristen Stewart from the Twilight series movies opened up to Flaunt Magazine about relationships. Stewart said “I’ve never really gone out with someone who I found attractive… initially,” She adds with a laugh, “I mean, that’s just me.” So we take it she could be referring to her current boyfriend Robert Pattinson as well while many other girls are swooning over him since he has become famous for his roles in “Twilight” and “New Moon.” The two have tried really hard to keep their relationship private. The next movie in the Twilight series “Eclipse” will be in theaters on June 30th, 2010.

Dr. Drew Pinsky’s Celebrity Rehab is about to begin filming it’s new season and they now have their sights set on Liza Minnelli. Already signed up to do the next season are Tila Tequila who admitted to snorting ambien and Jason Wahler from Laguna Beach who has had a problem with drinking. Minnelli has said she has “no interest” in doing the show. In 2004 Minnelli went to rehab for an alcohol addiction. Lyndsay Lohan was reportedly offered 1 million to be on the show but she refused.

Actress Barbara Hershey from “Hannah And Her Sisters” and Naveen Andrews who plays Sayid Jarrah on “Lost” have decided to end their decade long relationship. Barbara 62 and Naveen 41 met on the set of “Drowning On Dry Land” back in 1998. Naveen’s manager said “They remain best of friends.” This is not the first time the duo has called it quits, they also split back in 2005 during which Naveen became a father of a child with another woman but said he was gonna take full responsibility for that child.

Rapper 50 Cent is getting ready for his role in a movie in which he will play a cancer-stricken football player in Things Fall Apart, due out next year. 50 Cent whose real name is Curtis Jackson, 34 is taking the role so seriously that he has had all of his tattoos removed and went from 214 pounds to 160 pounds by following a liquid diet and spending up to 3 hours a day on the treadmill. He took to his twitter account to reveal some of the first photos which show him looking gaunt and said he was “starving”. He also assured fans to not be worried “I’ve been eating. I’ll be back in shape in no time!”

Hollywood actor Dennis Hopper passed away at age 74 from complications of prostate cancer. He is best known for directing and starring in Easy Rider. Hopper was a two-time Oscar nominee and he had appeared in more than 100 films. He announced in October of 2009 that he had advanced prostate cancer and in January of 2010 it was reported that his cancer had metastasized to his bones. Hopper weighed just 100 pounds at the time of his death and was seeking a divorce from his fifth wife Victoria Duffy whom he had called “insane” and “inhuman” in court documents. Hopper is survived by four children.

Brittany Murphy’s husband screenwriter Simon Monjack 39 was found dead late Sunday by his mother-in-law in the home he shared with the late actress. His cause of death is being investigated and no foul play is suspected. It may have been a heart attack and from natural causes. Coroner Ed Winter said “He was discovered by Brittany’s mom as being unresponsive” in the master bedroom of the Hollywood Hills home at about 9:40 p.m. Sunday.” An autopsy is planned for Tuesday. His wife Brittany died on December 20 after collapsing in the same home.
