Last thursdays greys was really good. It was an episode that was more emotional than some. I think it is because it was involving a young child, Jackson. Jackson needs organs or he will die within 25 hours. Everyone in the hospital is trying to find organs for Jackson including Meredith who is caring for the death row patient that said he wants to die and give his organs to the boy. Meredith doesn't call Dr. Shepherd when she should to let him know of the patients condition, she thinks she is doing the right thing by letting him die to get the organs. Finally Cristina realizes Meredith isn't acting right when she asks how the death row patiend is doing and she sees the patient and calls Dr. Shepherd even though Meredith asked her not to. Dr. Shepherd is very upset with Meredith and immediately takes the patient into surgery. Meanwhile Bailey tells Jackson's mother to say goodbye to him because he is slipping away. Richard has suceeded in talking a woman who has a brain dead husband in the hospital into donating the organs for Jackson. Organs arrive for the young boy just in time to save his life. Denny explains to Izzie why he is there for her, and what I gather is that maybe Izzie is sick or has some kind of health problem. I will just have to watch next week to see.
