The snakesking handbag trend began in 2009 and will continue through 2010 as Prada just joined. The snakesin handbags are very different from the crocodile, alligator, or other exotic leathers. It is much softer and perfect for a handbag design. Most of the snakeskin handbags are being made from the Sea Snake which is not an endangered species. Each Sea Snake has it's own pattern of skin which will make your bag unique.

I'd just like to point out the irony in this, since probably 95%+ of the women I've ever met in my life absolutely HATE snakes. lol

They hate the snakes but not the look of their skin on their awesome handbag!

I couldn't help but think about this as I was watching a story on the news here if Florida about the problem we're having in the Everglades with large snakes invading and messing up the ecosystem.

Apparently the state is giving people licenses to hunt the snakes now.

Hi Friends

I don't think women hate snake handbags. These hand bags are really good in design. But I think it's not good for any one to kill an animal for making luxurious products even though they are not endangered. Some other hand bags like Burberry Bags, Juicy Couture Handbags can be a better replacement.
