Josh Hartnett was taken to Cedars-Sinai early this morning after complaining of severe abdominal pains. It is believed he may have picked up some sort of stomach virus while filming a movie in another country. He is currently filming "Queen of the South" with co-stars Eva Mendes and Ben Kingsley. The movie is about a woman who lived in Mexico and moved to Spain after her boyfriend was murdered because of drugs in Mexico. I guess the films production was haulted after the director received a threat from Mexican drug cartels to stop the film.

I found out a little more about it. I guess he suffered a "flare up" that has been bothering him for the last several weeks while he has been performing on stage in the play Rain Man.
