Last House on the Left (2009, unrated version)

A family of three, including a mother (Emma) who is a business person, a father (John) who is a Doctor, and a teenage daughter (Mary) who is training to be an Olympic swimmer take a break from their busy lives to go on vacation in the family house on the lake in the middle of nowhere. Shortly after getting to the house the daughter talks her parents into letting her take the family SUV into town to meet a friend (Paige) she gets together with every time they go on vacation.

While in the store her friend works they come across a boy about their age and they end up taking off with this boy so Paige can score some pot in exchange for not carding the boy for cigarettes. Back at the boys motel room they end up hanging out for awhile, and then the boys companions show up. This is where things really take a turn for the worse.

From that point on you're probably going to be on the edge of your seat. Lots of suspense.

When you think it's over, keep watching. There's a nice little surprise at the end after it seems like everything's been said and done and everyone seems safe.

I saw this movie, definately one of the craziest I have seen in a while!

Crazy is an understatement!

Apparently it's a remake of an older Wes Cravin movie of the same title. I'm kinda curious to see that one now too.
