Sent overseas to kill a ruthless terrorist, special ops assassin David Wolfe (Cuba Gooding Jr.) uncovers a secret that puts his own life in jeopardy: a nefarious conspiracy that involves the highest levels of the United States government. Now Wolfe must use all his skills to expose the truth before the powers that be snuff out his life. John Carter directs this thriller that also stars J.K. Simmons, John Terry, Lance Reddick and Jaclyn DeSantis.
Way of War with Cuba Gooding Jr was a little boring. I spent probably 75% of the movie wondering when the backstory was going to be done and the "action thriller" part was going to start. It's not a bad movie, just, slower than I expected.
