DJ AM Adam Goldstein Dead At 36

DJ AM whose real name is Adam Goldstein was found dead in his New York City apartment around 5:00 p.m. A friend went to check on him after nobody had heard from him in a couple of days. He was found shirtless and wearing sweat pants face down. It is being reported that prescription pills and a "crack pipe" was also found. The call came in at 5:24 and NYFD was there by 5:27, DJ AM was pronounced dead at 6:00 on the scene. Sources are also saying that he was recenlty devasted over a breakup with his girlfriend Hayley Wood. He was also suffering from post traumatic stress from the plane crash he was involved in that occured just less than a year ago. Four died in the crash and him and Travis Barker survived but were seriously burned and injured. This is such sad news, details as to the cause of the death have not been released.
