Michael Jackson's Mother Files For Guardianship

A custody battle is already beginning over Michael's three children Prince, 12 and Paris, 11 and the youngest Prince Michael 7. Jackson's mother, Katherine filed a petition in Los Angeles Probate Court seeking guardianship of his three children. The first two children were born to his ex wife Debbie Rowe and the third was an unknown surrogate mother. Rowe is still the legal parent of the two oldest children and it is still unclear what her next step will be. The children are currently residing with Katherine.
