Holly Montag, sister of Heidi Montag, has been introduced to join the show I'm A Celebrity..Get Me Out Of Here after Heidi came down with an illness and her and Spencer decided to leave the show for good this time. Holly will join the show on Wednesday night. I wonder how the camp will react to her arrival??
