Lauren Conrad quitting The Hills

Lauren Conrad has decided to quit her hit show "The Hills". She says has spent the last five years making all of her life decisions about the show. Decisions like who to date, who to be friends with, and even where to work and live. Work has to allow the cameras and her home has to have the appropriate lighting for the show. Also she said she had off-camera friends who didn't want to be filmed so she couldn't hang out with them when the cameras were around. Anytime she wanted to take a trip or go to a party she had to get approval from the producers first and she was just tired of it. Lauren is dating Kyle Howard who is her off camera boyfriend and she said the relationship has been hard because she has cameras around all the time and she can't even talk about him. Her plans after the show wraps is doing what she loves and that is fashion and design.

I know it is sad, but at least she will be able to live her life now. I am sure we will still get to see her on like tabloids and tmz vids and stuff!

I am so excited for the new season of The Hills to start. The new season will begin on Monday April 6. I just watched the preview and it looks like it is going to be really intense. Spencer gets in a fight with some dude and Lauren goes to a fortune teller, who pretty much sums up how her friendships have been. Also Heidi cries to Lauren at the end I think that they reconcile but don't go back to being the good friends that they were.

I guess she said she wanted to walk away from the show while it was still a good thing and that she had given MTV a deadline saying that is as long as she can stay sane.
