Does Jillian Choose Ed, Kyptin, or Reid?

Tonight we will finally get to find out who Jillian chooses! There has been a well publicized twist making us not just think that the choice is between the final two Ed and Kyptin. In previews it shows that Reid, the last guy that Jillian had to let go may be coming back to make a shocking confession to her. Or the shocking confession could be coming from one of the other guys. Can't wait for the conclusion tonight!
