Whitney and Jay break up

On this episode Whitney and Olivia are given a project to talk about the new Diane von Furstenberg handbag collection for the upcoming season. Whitney is a little bit nervous about the presentation while Olivia tells her it will be fun and to just look over their heads. While preparing for the presentation that the two were supposed to work on together, Olivia seems not too interested in preparing her part. While in the meeting Whitney delivers a great presentation and Olivia's is filled with stutter and it is obvious that she is a little unprepared. Jay tells Adam about his upcoming two month tour on the west coast in five days and admits that he hasn't even told Whitney about it even though he has known for weeks. Adam tells him that he better let her know sooner than later. Whitney and Jay meet for dinner and he tells her, Whitney is not upset that he is going but mad that he didn't tell her about it when he first found out. Whitney storms out of the restaurant and tells Jay to find somewhere else to stay, maybe at Danielle's! The episode ends with Jay and Whitney having a conversation about their argument. Whitney explains that she doesn't want to be a burden to him and he tells her maybe she just needs to be a stronger person. He ends the conversation by breaking it off and telling her he needs to focus on the tour and be alone. Tears fall from both of them and he walks out.

I saw whitney on regis and kelly this morning and they told her that Jay is a loser, which he is. Lame. I think she should just leave him for good, she can do a lot better. I miss the hills.

Did you see the last epidose of the city? I hate oliva she is so rude, I hope she is not on the show anymore!

Yes I just got done watching it and I hate Olivia too! She is such a brat, I feel bad for Whitney I would not want to work with a girl like her every day!

Oh so intense. After watching the last episode it looks like it really is over for her and Jay. I think that is a good thing though I think that Whitney can find a guy who will treat her alot better than Jay did and Whit just needs to focus on her work. Does anybody know if there is gonna be a second season of the show? Almost seemed like she wanted to move back to LA in the last episode.

Well it really is over for Jay and Whitney. I think that the whole relationship may have been set up just for the show.
