Kristen Cavallari From Laguna Beach Joins The Hills

Kristen Cavallari and Lauren Conrad


You may remember Lauren Conrad's frenemy from the days of "Laguna Beach" where it all began. Her name is Kristen Cavallari and her and Conrad were both trying to date Stephen. Lauren Conrad will be leaving The Hills after this season and Kristen Cavallari will now be appearing on the May 31st season finale where she catches the bouquet at Heidi and Spencer's wedding. She will also appear in 10 episodes this fall. She said she is fully prepared to stir things up on the show and also had this to say

“It’s a TV show,” she explains. “I’m not going into it like, ‘I’m going to make great friendships with these people.’ It’s work! And drama sells. I think that’s why they’re bringing me in, because I know what works.”

She also says that she has chosen to come back to reality t.v. to get her fans excited about her again and that she is completely different from Lauren Conrad.

“I’m a completely different person than Lauren. I have a lot more energy. I’m more outgoing. I’m a little more spontaneous. And she has a boyfriend so she’s not dating on the show. I’m very open to dating and finding a guy.”
