Season 5 Lauren's Birthday

The fifth season of "The Hills" starts out with Lauren's birthday. Lo and Audrina have decided to throw Lauren a suprise birthday party on a yacht and they have chosen not to invite Heidi. While at lunch Stephanie Pratt tells Heidi about the party and pretty much invites her to it. At Heidi's apartment her and Steph are getting ready for the party and Heidi decides not to tell Spencer that she is going to Lauren's birthday instead tells him they are having a girls night. Spencer tells her he has his own guys night planned. Lauren is taken to her party blind folded and in a Limo and once she gets on the yacht everyone surprises her, but her biggest surprise of the night is to find out that Heidi is at her party. Spencer is out with his boys and begins hitting on the bartender Stacie. Steph's ex bf is there and decides to text Steph to let her know what Spencer is up to. Word gets back to Heidi and she is clearly upset. Spencer ends up punching Steph's ex bf. Heidi apologizes to Lauren explaining that she didn't want to crash her party and that she just wants things to be normal between them. They both cry and Lauren explains that she still cares about Heidi but she still can't be her friend with Spencer in her life.
