The star from the "Hills" Spencer Pratt recently lied to Lauren Conrad telling her that he was the one who had started the sex tape rumor of her and Jason Wahler. He had made a phone call to her before his wedding to Heidi and admitted to starting the sex tape rumor. Spencer is now saying he did this only to make sure that Lauren attended the wedding because it was important to Heidi that she be there. Spencer said

Heidi and Spencer went on to say that none of the Hills cast even got them a wedding gift.
