Atlantis Resort And Casino Paradise Island

Atlantis Resort and Casino is located on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. I stayed here about five years ago and it was one of the most amazing places I have ever seen. The resort is huge and it includes the world's larges marine habitat, the largest casino in the Bahamas, a 15 million dollar marina and lagoons. The resort also has the Lazy River Ride which is the quarter mile meandering for tubing; Eleven pool areas; Paradise Lagoon, which boasts a 7 acre saltwater lagoon for snorkeling with thousands of tropical fish; There are eleven saltwater habitats spread out over the Atlantis resort, with over 100,000 marine animals comprising over 150 species. The staff there was also very friendly. The beaches were very nice and well kept, but you had to get down there early in order to get yourself a lounge chair. The food and restaurants were all very good but a little on the pricey side. The drinks on the beach were also very good and every day they had fun island music playing. I would love to go back someday. Another cool thing I remember was the waterslide, you go down and then at one part you are in a wading area and all above you is a tank with sharks and stuff, so cool!
