ABC’s True Beauty has returned for a second season. It is a reality show in which the contestants believe they are being judged on their good looks when really they are being evaluated by their actions. The winner will receive $100,000 and to be “featured in People magazine’s 100 most beautiful people issue.” The contestants believe they are competing to be the “Face of Vegas.” Vanessa Minnillo returns as the host but the contestants do not actually meet with her until they know they are leaving the show. This season their are two new judges as well Beth Ostrosky Stern and Carson Kressley. Stern started modeling when she was 9 and says she knows what rejection is like in the modeling industry, she is married to Howard Stern. Kressley won an emmy for his work on “Queer Eye For The Straight Guy,” in 2004.

Last season the contestants were Julia Anderson the pageant queen who was also named as the winner, Joel Rush, Billy Jeffrey, Laura Leigh Siani, Ray Seitz, Chelsea Bush, C.J. Miller, Monique Santiago, Ashley Michaelson, and Hadiyyah-lah Sa’id. On this season we’ve got Amy Schmoldt, Craig Franczyk, David Palmer, Erika Otheni, Liz Parada, Michael Allen, Michelle Mozek, Regina Villano, Taylor Bills, and JD Scott thinking they are gonna be the new “Face of Vegas.” Looking forward to seeing how this all unfolds!
