Is Jay Leno's Show Cancelled?

It is possible that Jay Leno's 10:00 p.m. show might be moving. Unnamed sources are saying that Jay will be gone from the show starting on February 1. Then the olympics will air and after that Jay will go back to being on the air in his old 11:30 p.m. time slot. He will take over the time slot that is now Conan O'Brien's and nobody knows yet what will happen to Conan. NBC had this to say about Jay and the performance of the show in the 10:00 p.m. time slot "Jay Leno is one of the most compelling entertainers in the world today. As we have said all along, Jay's show has performed exactly as we anticipated on the network. It has, however, presented some issues for our affiliates. Both Jay and the show are committed to working closely with them to find ways to improve the performance."
